The questions we actually get. If yours is not here, email support@tcgprime.store — we answer within one business day.

Ordering and stock

Is everything you list actually in stock?

Yes. Every product on this site is on a shelf in West Palm Beach. We do not list backorders, we do not source to order, and there is no lead time to confirm after you have paid — if you can add it to your cart, it ships to the same-day cut-off below.

That is also why there is no separate "in stock" collection to filter by: everything we list is here. When a line sells out it comes off sale rather than staying buyable.

Can you hold an item for me?

On high-value sealed product, usually — for 24 hours. Email us with the product link.

Do you take offers on expensive boxes?

On four-figure sealed product and slabs, we will talk. Email the listing and what you had in mind. On anything under a few hundred dollars the price is the price.

Do you sell cases?

Yes — see sealed cases. Cases ship freight-ground and take longer than a single box; we confirm the estimate by email before it leaves.

Shipping

How fast do orders ship?

Orders placed before 3:00pm ET on a business day ship the same day from West Palm Beach, FL. After that, or at a weekend or public holiday, they go out the next business day. Tracking is emailed the moment the label prints.

What does shipping cost?

$199 and over Free tracked shipping
Under $199 Calculated at checkout by weight and destination

Orders over $500 ship signature-required. We cannot waive it — it is what makes the parcel insurable.

Do you ship internationally?

Not currently. United States only.

My tracking has not moved in days.

Scans go quiet more often than parcels go missing, particularly over a weekend. If there has been no movement for five business days, email us with the order number and we will open a trace with the carrier and keep you updated. You are not chasing it — we are.

Condition and authenticity

Are boxes ever opened, weighed or searched?

No. Never. Sealed product leaves here with the factory seal exactly as it arrived. We do not weigh boxes to find heavy packs, we do not open cases to sell single boxes at a premium, and we do not resell anything that has been opened. It is the whole basis of the business — the reasoning is on our about page.

Do you crack or re-submit graded cards?

Never. A slab ships in the holder the grader sealed it in. The cert number in the listing is the cert number you receive, and you can verify it with the grading company before or after it arrives.

What condition are raw singles in?

Near Mint or better unless the listing says otherwise, checked by hand front and back. Where a card sits between two grades we list the lower one.

Some listings mention a seal tear or damaged packaging.

Those are noted in the product title and priced accordingly. The contents are untouched — the flaw is in the outer packaging or the shrink wrap, and we tell you before you buy rather than after.

Returns and problems

Can I return a sealed box?

Yes, if it is still sealed — 30 days, original packaging, full refund. Once a box, pack, case or Elite Trainer Box has been opened it cannot come back. Full detail on the returns page.

It arrived damaged.

Photograph the outer carton and the product before unpacking further, then email us within 48 hours of delivery. Replacement or full refund, your choice, and the return label is on us either way.

The box was light on hits.

That is variance, and it is not a defect — the odds on the back of the box are odds, not a guarantee. We cannot take back opened product on that basis, and nobody legitimate can. What we can promise is that nothing got to the box before you did.

Payment and account

What payment methods do you take?

All major credit and debit cards, plus the wallets shown at checkout. Card details never touch our servers — payment is handled by Shopify's PCI-compliant processor.

When is my card charged?

At checkout. If you cancel before dispatch, the refund goes back to the same card.

Do I need an account?

No — guest checkout works fine. An account just makes reorders and order history easier.

Something is wrong and I am thinking about a chargeback.

Email us first. A chargeback on a delivered high-value order takes months to resolve for both of us, and there is almost nothing we cannot fix in an afternoon.
